Terms of Service

By accessing or using FirstDistro's website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

FirstDistro provides a customer success operating system and product analytics platform for SaaS companies ("Platform"). The Service includes access to analytics dashboards, customer health scoring, and data integration tools.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FirstDistro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload, stream, or otherwise provide to FirstDistro ("Customer Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

License: You grant FirstDistro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display your Customer Data as necessary for us to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

FirstDistro, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account.

You expressly understand and agree that FirstDistro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
